- Award Context and Uploaded Files: notes, documents, forms, and related content uploaded to the Service for qualification or outreach support.
- Usage Data: pages visited, actions taken, browser/device details, and basic analytics.
- Payment Information: payment details are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Paystack. We do not store your full card details.
How We Use Data
We use your data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve AwardCRM
- Authenticate your account and manage subscriptions
- Provide awarded tender search, saved opportunity workflows, company profiles, CRM stages, scoring, outreach support, and subscription management
- Process uploaded notes, award context, and related documents to generate company insights, qualification signals, and outreach context
- Support product functionality, troubleshooting, and security
- Communicate with you about billing, support, service updates, or important changes
How Award Context Is Processed
Award context and related uploaded content are processed only as needed to operate the Service, including generating company insights, extracting key details, supporting qualification workflows, and improving the reliability of award-driven CRM activity within the platform.
Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and applying their own judgement when making sales decisions or acting on platform-generated information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information only when necessary with:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers used to run the Service
- Payment providers for subscription billing and transaction processing
- Analytics or monitoring tools used to understand reliability and usage
- Legal authorities where required by law or to protect the Company’s rights
Data Retention
